Ultrasonics Standard Shipping Policy
Ultrasonics offers Standard delivery across all products on our site. Our lead times vary however they generally never exceed 6 weeks. This is due to us manufacturing everything to order in our Cleethorpes workshop. We do not import or resell other flight case brands. Usually we will dispatch your case on a next day or two day courier where possible.
Should you require your flight case sooner, we may be able to turn around things quicker however there may be an added charge. For this service you must contact us to discuss your requirements.
We use various couriers such as Parcelforce, Royal Mail, DPD and Nightfreight. We also have our own delivery service for the larger case orders.
We do not accept any liability for any damages during transit however we will certainly assist you in trying to recover lost funds from the courier used. Our experience with the above couriers is that cases usually arrive to their destination in the condition expected.
International Shipping Policy
Whilst we are a UK based business and most of our custom is within our country, we are more than happy to ship internationally. Please contact us if you are an international customer so we can request a shipping quote.
