Ultrasonics Flightcases is a UK based manufacturer of premium, heavy duty custom flight cases with company roots dating back to 1961 and dedicated to flight case manufacturing since 1975. We design and build bespoke protective cases for professional use across live events, touring, AV, production, staging, broadcast, entertainment and technical industries.

From one off custom builds to full touring systems, Ultrasonics specialises in production cases, 19″ rack cases, GP trunks, console and desk cases, GP Trunks and custom foam lined protection, all built in the UK and delivered UK wide.

Ultrasonics began in 1961, evolving from early audio and technical work into full-scale flight case manufacturing by 1975. Over the decades, we have supplied protective solutions for:
