The Pantry Maid

It’s time for another update!

We’ve had our fair share of busy moments these past couple of weeks. One of our main case crafters has been off sick and our workload has been increasing as of late!

Some of the most notable cases that have been in our workshop have been the ones we made for The Pantry Maid. They had commissioned us for a couple of General-Purpose trunks as well as an extremely large “caddy” case.

The GP cases we created are fully foam-lined and have removable lift-off trays and will more than likely be holding cutlery and cooking equipment!

The super large case, however, is a different story entirely. It was completed about a week ago and was in the van ready to go. That’s when disaster struck…

We were informed that the case was 15 INCHES TOO BIG! The problem has now been resolved and it is now standing at its correct height and has custom internals. Each hole will house a box that will be containing dry foods!

The Pantry Maid has worked with countless bands and celebrities, such as Pharrell Williams, Bastille, Gorillaz, Blink-182 and have accompanied many more tours over the years, we are more than happy that they came to us for their bespoke flight case needs!
